The rates of calls to service numbers will change on 1 May 2025.

Calling a service number with the Super calling card will become cheaper than before.

From 1 May 2025, the current standard rate of €0.2316/min for calling short numbers and service numbers beginning with 900 will become cheaper for the caller. From that date, calls to these service numbers will be charged at the same rate as the caller’s plan-based domestic call rate (€0.04/min).

If you have a plan with unlimited voice minutes, the new standard rate for calls to service numbers will be €0/min.

NB! If the service number is subject to a special rate from the 11th second of the call, then this part will not be affected by the rate change. The special rate will apply as before.

The legal basis for the change of the Price List is clause 3.1.3 Telia Calling Card Terms of Use, according to which, the communications undertaking has the unilateral right to amend the terms and conditions of calling cards and their price lists / rate plans, if this is due to changes in the legislation. In this case, we are bringing the pricing in line with the amendment to the Estonian Numbering Plan Regulation, which will enter into force on 1 May 2025.
